Unlimited Document Types

It also manages unlimited document types, from Microsoft Office documents right through to architects drawings, and even audio and/or video files.

Lock Documents (Check In/Check Out)

The Ice³ document management system allows you to lock documents at any time so that only you can upload new versions.  Release the lock, and others can upload new versions too.

Always Get the Latest Version

When you link to a document held within the Document Manager from your Project home page, the link will always deliver the latest version.

With the Ice³ Online Collaboration you can put an end to staff and clients not having the latest version of a file for a meeting.

The Ice³ Online Collaboration can keep all previous versions of documents for you too - together with a complete version history.
