Dedicated Work Spaces

Work Spaces sit at the top of the Ice³ Online Collaboration hierarchy.

• You control access by granting or refusing permission at the Work Space level.
• You can manage many Projects within each Work Space.
• Users can be members of one or more Work Spaces.

Create as many Work Spaces as you wish, give access to the users you select, and organise your work within the Work Space via Projects.

Why not assign Work Spaces for use by particular clients, another by staff, another by your Management Team, and another by key suppliers such as your accountants? People share the system, but don't share resources without explicit access to a Work Space.
