What support is available?

Though we are fairly confident, it would be good to know that there is someone there to help!
Technical support is provided in a number of different ways.

Help Website

There is a fairly comprehensive Online Help website covering most of the issues that clients have come across in using the system.  This is a great 'first port of call' for support issues.

Unlimited Email Technical Support

We provide unlimited email technical support to all our customers.  For non-critical issues, we endeavour to answer 90% of our support requests within 1 hour of receiving them.

Support Forum

There is a support forum for Account holders using - you've guessed it - the Ice3 Online Collaboration as its basis.

Dedicated Technical Support

It is possible to purchase a Support Contract which provides an agreed level of service for an ongoing monthly price - please apply for further details.
