When do we pay?

When you set up your Ice³ Online Collaboration account you will provide debit/credit card details.  Your debit/credit card will be debited immediately based upon the package that you choose.

We will then debit the card on a monthly basis should you choose a monthly package.

And there are a number of multi-buy discounts available:

• You can choose to purchase 7 months for the price of 6 and we will debit your card again in 7 months time. 
• You can choose to purchase 14 months for the price of 12 and we will debit your card in 14 months time. 
• You can choose to purchase 21 months for the price of 18 and we will debit your card in 21 months time. 

You can cancel at any time during your contract period so long as it is 14 days before your renewal date - unfortunately no refund is normally available.
