Can we swop users in and out?

We want to limit the size of the package we buy - but would like to swop users in and out. How much flexibility will Ice³ give us?

We would always recommend that you take the package that most suits your requirements.

It is possible to change the details of the users that you have on the system with just a few clicks. 

You can exploit the equivalent of 'digital hotdesking'.
